Job Description
This position is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory at the Raleigh, NC facility. Specific tasks would include, but are NOT limited to purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and days’ supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. Additional responsibilities could include managing return goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.

In this role you will also ensure the pharmacy pick and pack stations are properly stocked/maintained with medication and supplies, place approved orders for shipping supplies, assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well-organized manner, and work with the Inventory Coordinator to assist in receiving, posting, put-away, and cycle counting functions.
As a Materials Coordinator will also need to monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory, filling inventory and SOX documentation.
Performs duties of an Operations Assistant, when needed. Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
To succeed in this role you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively and learn/utilize computer applications to communicate information, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills. The ability to apply Mathematical concepts to inventory functions, basic typing/data entry skills to record data accurately, and follow standard operating procedures are needed complete everyday tasks.

Required Qualifications
* 1+ year professional work experience.
* Inventory/ warehouse experience 3-6 months
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
* Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day
* Must have basic data entry experience (entering values into a handheld RF device)
* Satisfactory performance and attendance/punctuality for minimum of 1 year

Preferred Qualifications
* SAP experience
* Power equipment and Pallet jack
* Professional experience with Inventory/warehouse
* Pharmacy experience (Pharmacy Benefit Management, Specialty, Retail)
* Microsoft Office experience (Excel)
* Process improvement (Lean Six Sigma)

Education
H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
